- Limit of 12 oils can be built per game.
- Tech Power Plant and Oil precaptured.
- Psychic Dominator is indestructible & Capturable.
- Demo crate spawn with lightning at the top every 10 ingame minutes.
- Tech Airport grants single Crazy Ivan paradrop.
