Map Briefing
- Allied factions have all Allied faction bonuses (Minus France).
- Soviet factions have all Soviet faction bonuses. Yuri Is Sov.
- Game Timer: 10 Minutes - No Ore Build Oil For Money (Consumes 125 Power)
- All player buildings are engi immune
- Players can build 1 chrono-cannon tower to remove oils.
- Bridges can not be destroyed(regardless of settings).
- Naval yards can only be built in the middle harbor.
- Precaptured Oil after 30 seconds.
