- Soviet factions have all Soviet faction bonuses. Yuri Is Sov.
- No Ore, Build Oil For Money (Consumes 35 Power).
- All player buildings are engi immune.
- Chrono Legionnaires can't attack oils.
- Limit of 12 oils can be built per game.
- Both players start with 2 oils and a tech power plant precaptured.
- 2 V3 rocket launchers spawn every 10 ingame minutes.
- Nuclear Missile launcher in the center can be captured and cannot be destroyed.
- Weather control device and Nuclear Missile launcher cannot be built.
