Game modification:
All country abilities now avaliable for whole side (but not for other side factions).
YR Rebalance 2.0 included (7th June).
Battle fortress nerfed: speed 4 -> 3, passengers: 5 -> 4.
GGI: rockets: range 8 -> 6 (as a part of BF nerf).
GGI, Sniper, Tesla trooper, Flak trooper (AA only) now can occupy buildings.
Sniper: attack speed decreased for a half as occupy balancing (but you can use IFV), decrased move speed 4 -> 3.
Magnetron now will attack without order.
Paradrop of civilian airport now contains of: SOV [7 Cons, 4 Shocks, 3 Flaks], ALLY [8 GI, 4 GGI], YURI [8 Inits, 3 Yuri clone].
American was moved to Soviet for power balance (requred Radar). Content: [5, 3, 3].
