Edits: Russia (+Cosmonaut), Libya (+Artillery), Cuba
(+Howitzer). Flak/Tesla Trooper, Tesla/Mirage Tank,
minor bug-fixes. Robot Tanks work during low power.
Tip: Build fast (make 4+ MCV and 4+ war factory)!
Tip: Help your ally, camping is useless if team dies!
