All infantry can garrison buildings, even spies. Barracks can be built before power plant. Infantry is good, use it throughout the game. Anti-infantry units deal less damge. Unique Faction units are good. All sides get spy after radar. SW are less powerful. Dominator deals very low damage. Dominator mind controls after delay. IFV fires while moving. Base defences have less health. You can build near all team structures.
